We’re recruiting for a prominent Guernsey organisation who specialise in trust and corporate services. 

On offer is a position for an experienced Assistant Trust Manager, supporting the Manager in delivering high-quality client service and overseeing day-to-day operations. This permanent role offers real scope to develop your career while working with complex trust and corporate structures in a collaborative, professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and deputise for the Manager, supervising workloads, staff performance, and client service delivery

  • Oversee statutory filings, accounts processes, banking relationships, and corporate governance requirements

  • Anticipate client needs, review correspondence, attend meetings, and support investment and asset management activity

  • Monitor risk, compliance, budgets, utilisation, and debtors while driving continuous improvement across the team

You’ll bring strong trust technical knowledge, STEP or CGI qualifications (or equivalent), excellent communication skills, and a commercial, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to lead and inspire others.
