Associate / Senior Associate – Corporate

An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our valued clients – a prestigious offshore law firm – for an ambitious and personable Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate team in Guernsey.

This role offers the chance to work as part of one of the largest corporate practices in the offshore legal market, advising on high-quality, complex and cutting-edge corporate, banking, finance and funds matters within a flexible and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on a broad range of corporate, banking, finance and/or funds matters.
• Supporting high-value and complex transactions within a leading offshore legal practice.
• Building strong client relationships and delivering technically excellent, commercially focused legal advice.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Corporate team to provide a consistently high-quality service.

You should have an excellent academic background including a qualification in a Commonwealth jurisdiction and post-qualification experience in corporate banking, finance and/or funds (up to five years for Senior Associates).
