Client Relationship Manager, Family Office Team, Private Wealth

One of our key clients – an established international private wealth services business – is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join its fast-paced, well-established family office team in Guernsey.

This is an outstanding opportunity to manage a sophisticated, multi-billion-pound family trust structure with an exceptionally diverse portfolio—including investments, private equity, technology start-ups, property, art, private jets and yachts.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering efficient, timely and high-quality administration while developing proactive relationships with clients, the overseas family office and professional intermediaries.
• Supporting senior colleagues with ongoing administration projects, compliance reviews, risk management and cross-jurisdictional matters.
• Overseeing financial and transactional activity, including account openings, payment preparation, transaction monitoring and the provision of information for financial statements.
• Completing FATCA/CRS reporting, maintaining accurate systems and records, and supporting the wider team while acting as a “C” Signatory.

You should have have strong experience in private wealth or trust administration, ideally including the management of complex trust structures. Proactive and forward-thinking, you will be comfortable working independently, using your initiative and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
