Client Relationship Manager – Funds

Looking to step up in your funds career? We’re working with a highly regarded financial services company that is looking to onboard a Client Relationship Manager to their a thriving Fund Administration team in Guernsey.

Focussing on Real Assets you’ll manage a small portfolio of complex fund structures, act as the key point of contact for clients, and help shape efficient operational processes – all while being part of a supportive, flexible, and forward-thinking firm.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for a select portfolio of fund structures, delivering outstanding service.
• Co-ordinating legal, tax, and other professional advisors to ensure smooth fund operations.
• Leading board and shareholder meetings, and overseeing the production of timely financial statements.
• Supervising junior staff and contributing to their training, development, and appraisals.

Our client is looking for a strong communicator who is a confident leader with a people-first approach, who is comfortable in client-facing situations and experienced in managing professional advisors. You should also be knowledgeable in Guernsey’s regulatory landscape and have a solid understanding of fund administration.
