Compliance Manager

Are you an experienced compliance professional looking to take on a senior role within a respected financial services organisation? Our client is seeking a Compliance Manager to join their team in Guernsey, taking responsibility for the firm’s AML/CFT framework and overall compliance strategy.

This is a full-time position suited to a highly skilled individual with a strong background in financial services compliance and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as MLCO and MLRO, overseeing AML/CFT and financial crime prevention frameworks.
• Developing, maintaining, and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
• Providing strategic advice and reporting to senior management, boards, and regulators.
• Leading investigations, training initiatives, and promoting a culture of compliance across the business.

We’re looking someone with exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and sound judgement. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills since you will be liaising regularly with regulators, boards, and senior management.
