Compliance Manager

We’re working with a well-established, multi-jurisdictional organisation to find them a Compliance Manager for their Jersey office. This is a key role supporting the Senior Manager across all areas of the compliance function.

You’ll provide trusted AML/CFT/CPF guidance, strengthen compliance processes, mentor junior staff, and—depending on experience—take on MLCO responsibilities either immediately or as part of your development.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering expert AML/CFT/CPF advice and guidance to the business and supporting ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Developing and embedding AML training, awareness, and learnings from CMP reviews.
• Supporting people management activities, including mentoring, training and oversight of junior compliance staff.
• Assisting the Senior Manager with team leadership duties and deputising when required.

If you bring strong AML expertise, at least five years’ compliance experience—ideally within a professional or legal services setting—excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders, this role offers a rewarding next step.
