Consultant, Private Equity

Do you have experience as a Senior Fund Administrator and are considering a career move?

Our client, an award winning financial institution, is looking for a Consultant to join their Private Equity Operations team.

Responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with the Investment Advisor and other third parties
• Developing a thorough knowledge of your client and their requirements, and working closely with them to resolve queries.
• Processing and self-reviewing FXs, as required, processing invoices, undertaking a daily cash management process, arranging amendments to loan facilities etc
• Assisting your client and the lawyers with the formation and set up of special purpose vehicles.

You will be able handle multiple priorities and deadlines and possess excellent organisational skills together with a concern for quality and the provision of exceptional customer service.
