Consultant, Private Equity

Join a high-performing Guernsey team supporting a diverse portfolio of private equity funds at various lifecycle stages.

In this varied role of Consultant – Private Equity, you’ll manage investor relations, cash movements, and investment transactions while developing strong relationships with clients, fund directors, and internal teams.

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure across a wide range of fund structures and build your expertise within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handling investor activities, fund calls/distributions, transfers, and queries
• Managing banking transactions and support cash/investment operations
• Organising board meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining investor due diligence
• Collaborating across teams to ensuring timely delivery of client obligations

You’ll bring previous fund, corporate, or banking experience, excellent organisational skills, and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines independently are key.
