Cyber Manager, Risk Assurance Services

One of our key clients – a leading professional services firm – is seeking a Cyber Manager to join their Risk Assurance Services team in either their Guernsey or Jersey office

This role focuses on managing complex cyber risk and compliance projects, providing strategic advice and technical leadership to clients, and helping organisations strengthen their cybersecurity frameworks.

Our client is open to providing opportunities for the right candidate requiring a permit switch or a permit to work in Guernsey or Jersey.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, implementing, and monitoring enterprise-wide cyber risk governance frameworks and controls, including regulatory compliance with standards such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, COBIT, COSO, PCI, GDPR, and NIS-D.
• Leading complex projects across information security, technology risk management, and cyber risk management, including the development of risk scenarios, threat models, and resiliency plans.
• Overseeing project teams, managing workloads, budgets, and deliverables, and providing coaching and guidance to senior associates and associates.
• Analysing business risks and cyber threats, producing actionable insights, reports, and key risk indicators for senior management and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, able to manage competing priorities while building trusted client relationships and mentoring team members.
