Fiduciary/Compliance Risk Reviewer

An established and well‑respected professional services firm within the fiduciary sector is seeking an experienced Fiduciary / Compliance Risk Reviewer to join its Guernsey team.

This is a key role within a regulated environment, offering the opportunity to influence risk culture and contribute at a senior, business‑wide level.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing periodic fiduciary and compliance reviews across a portfolio of client structures, ensuring regulatory and internal standards are met
• Identifying, assessing and reporting risk issues, contributing to Board‑level risk reporting and committee activity
• Working closely with compliance and operational teams to promote a positive, embedded risk culture across the business
• Supporting the review and enhancement of policies, procedures and training in line with evolving regulatory requirements

You will bring an analytical mindset with the confidence to challenge, influence and advise at all levels together with strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to translate complex risk matters clearly.
