Fund Accountant

Our prominent Guernsey funds client is looking for a Fund Accountant to take ownership of accounting and reporting for a portfolio of private equity structures.

You’ll be working closely with the wider fund admin team and auditors, ensuring timely, accurate reporting across general partner, carried interest, and co-investment vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing financial statements, capital accounts, and quarterly board reports

• Calculating carried interest, GP share, waivers, and capital adequacy

• Reviewing work prepared by other fund accountants and liaising with auditors

• Supporting tax / regulatory filings, investor queries, and internal projects

If you’re ACA / ACCA qualified and keen to work in a role with variety, autonomy, and genuine impact—this is a great next step. You’ll have strong technical skills (UK GAAP knowledge preferred), private equity experience, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.
