Join a dynamic fund services team supporting an impressive portfolio of closed-ended real estate and private equity structures. You’ll play a key role in financial administration, investor relations, and maintaining the smooth operation of fund and SPV entities.

This is an excellent opportunity to build expertise in a fast-moving sector while working closely with experienced professionals.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain accounting records, reconciliations, and payment processing across fund entities.
  • Assist with financial statements, audits, and NAV calculations.
  • Coordinate with property managers and oversee investor communications.
  • Ensure compliance, CDD accuracy, and timely completion of filings.

A great opportunity for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in fund administration or accounting (real estate or private equity preferred), strong Excel skills, and ideally an accounting qualification.
