A valued and growing client, an independent fiduciary and fund administration business is seeking a Fund & Company Secretarial Administrator to join its friendly and collaborative team in Guernsey.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with fund, corporate or fiduciary administration experience to join a small, owner-managed business where you will gain broad exposure across fund and corporate administration, company secretarial services, client relationships and regulatory matters. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with fund and corporate administration activities, including investor correspondence, regulatory filings, statutory records, and corporate actions.
  • Supporting board meeting administration through the preparation of board packs, meeting coordination, attendance at meetings, and drafting minutes.
  • Maintaining corporate records, processing payments, monitoring cash transactions, and undertaking bank account administration and onboarding activities.
  • Liaising with clients, directors, investors, and external service providers while assisting with fund reporting, legal documentation reviews, and compliance-related requests.

You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within fund admin, corporate admin, company secretarial, fiduciary, or a similar financial services environment. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders, possess strong administrative skills and, ideally have experience working with online banking systems.
