Head of Private Clients

One of our valued clients is seeking an accomplished Head of Private Clients to lead its private client business in Guernsey.

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced fiduciary professional who combines technical excellence with commercial drive and people leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the Guernsey private client business, ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance and alignment with wider group strategy
• Driving commercial performance through revenue growth, profitability, pipeline management and new business origination
• Acting as director on complex client structures, making independent, well‑documented fiduciary decisions
• Leading, developing and succession‑planning high‑performing teams, while managing risk, client relationships and contentious matters

A great role for an experienced leader from a regulated fiduciary or private client environment with strong Guernsey market knowledge and deep expertise in trusts, companies and fiduciary governance. You should be commercially astute, confident working at executive level and accountable for financial outcomes.
