This is an exciting opportunity to influence the employee lifecycle, deliver key strategic initiatives, and shape the People Strategy.
Responsibilities include
Lead the Reward agenda, chairing the Remuneration Sub-Committee and managing compensation cycles.
Drive policy development, ensuring alignment with employment legislation.
Oversee HC systems and data integrity, enabling smarter ways of working.
Manage, mentor, and inspire a cross-island team covering reward, policy, data, and engagement.
Our client is looking for a confident and professional HR leader with strong technical expertise in reward, systems, and policy. A CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) and experience with HR data analytics are essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with resilience.
