IT Project Manager

An established professional services business is seeking an experienced and driven IT Project Manager to join its Technology team in Guernsey.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of technology and business change projects, delivering meaningful improvements from initial planning through to successful operational handover.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the planning and delivery of multiple technology, transformation and business change projects, ensuring they remain on schedule, within budget and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Defining project scope, milestones and deliverables while managing risks, issues, budgets, resources and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and facilitating effective governance meetings, steering committees and collaborative workshops.
• Maintaining high standards of project reporting, documentation and quality assurance while supporting implementation, operational readiness and benefits realisation.

You will be a confident and credible communicator who can bring clarity to complex objectives, influence decision-making and maintain momentum when priorities compete. A collaborative approach, sound commercial awareness and the resilience to remain composed under pressure will be essential, alongside exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
