A key financial services organisation with a strong Channel Islands presence is seeking a Junior Relationship Manager to join a customer‑focused team in Guernsey. This role sits at the heart of client engagement, supporting portfolio growth while delivering a consistently high standard of service within a regulated environment.

The Junior Relationship Manager supports customer growth and retention by building strong client relationships, coordinating service delivery and enabling effective sales activity. The role combines proactive customer engagement, operational support and governance discipline, making it ideal for someone looking to develop a long‑term career in financial services.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting customer growth through proactive engagement, portfolio optimisation and cross‑sell activity
• Building and maintaining strong, long‑term client relationships while supporting exceptional customer experience
• Coordinating end‑to‑end operational and administrative activity to support Relationship Managers and ensure service continuity
• Ensuring compliance with governance, regulatory and internal control requirements
