Manager – Trust

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manager – Trust to join a highly regarded Guernsey-based business delivering exceptional fiduciary, pension, and corporate administration services. This is a pivotal leadership position overseeing client relationships, operational delivery, and team development within a dynamic and collaborative environment. 

A hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage complex trust and pension structures, lead a talented team, and help shape the future of client service excellence.

Responsibilities include

• Overseeing the day-to-day administration of trusts, pensions, and corporate structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Acting as the primary client contact, providing exceptional service and proactive relationship management.
• Leading and mentoring a team of administrators, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
• Ensuring adherence to fiduciary, legal, and regulatory requirements while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
