Private Client Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist fiduciary and fund administration firm with ambitious growth plans, supporting the build-out of its private client offering while managing a talented team of administrators.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of trust and company structures, building strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and professional advisors.
• Lead, mentor and support administration team members, providing technical guidance, training and performance management.
• Oversee team workloads, chargeability, profitability and service delivery standards to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls and risk management procedures while supporting business development initiatives.

You will be STEP qualified and/or possess at least five years’ fiduciary administration experience, alongside previous people management experience gained within trust and corporate services. Applications are also welcomed from Assistant Trust Managers, Trust Managers and Senior Trust Managers seeking a new challenge.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who enjoys developing teams, building client relationships and contributing to business growth. Strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills will be key to success in this role, together with the ability to work independently and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
