Senior Administrator, Corporate and Fund Services

A leading corporate and fiduciary services firm are looking for a senior administrator to join a client-facing role managing complex corporate and fund structures across real estate, private equity and venture capital.
 
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of sophisticated corporate and fund structures, acting as a key point of contact for clients and intermediaries while ensuring a high-quality, compliant service.
 
Responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day administration of complex corporate and fund structures, including Jersey Private Funds and joint ventures
• Acting as a primary client relationship lead, liaising with lawyers, lenders, asset managers and intermediaries
• Reviewing financial information and identifying technical, commercial and risk issues
• Supporting business development and strengthening long-term client relationships
