Our client is a family owned firm and is offering a great opportunity for a Senior Fund Administrator to join one of their private equity funds teams in Guernsey.

You will hold responsibility for client matters which will cover varying structures including management companies and fund structures.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day client relationship management and administration 
  • Attending to all company secretarial matters, including attendance/preparation of minutes for board & shareholder meetings  
  • Management of client expectations and liasing with legal teams
  • Ensuring staff are trained on electronic banking systems and co-ordinate the opening of new bank accounts 

Your knowledge and experience in the industry will be valued by the team and you’ll have the opportunity to coach, mentor and guide junior staff.

The environment is fast paced and will need you to possess great interpersonal skills and interest to continue learning as full training and support will be provided.
