Senior Fund and Investment Administrator

An  established Guernsey-based financial and fiduciary services business is seeking an experienced Senior Fund & Investment Administrator to join its operations team on a permanent basis.

This varied position combines fund administration, valuations, investor servicing and investment dealing, with an attractive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and checking periodic fund valuations, regulatory returns, FATCA/CRS reports, board reports and associated fund administration records.
• Processing shareholder transactions, reviewing client due diligence and account-opening documentation, and completing shareholder file and risk reviews.
• Reviewing investment recommendations and trade orders, placing trades, processing payments and liaising with investment advisers, custodians, auditors and fund managers.
• Completing bank reconciliations, fee and dividend payments, security price updates and market comparison reports while supporting regulatory compliance and wider project work.

You should have 3+ years’ fund experience and a good understanding of accruals and prepayments, possess strong written and verbal communication skills together with the ability to manage deadlines and maintain excellent attention to detail. You should be equally comfortable working independently and contributing as part of a collaborative team.
