Senior Manager – Compliance

A growing compliance consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Compliance to join its Guernsey team 

Driven by significant new business growth, this senior client-facing role offers the opportunity to hold named regulatory positions, advise a varied portfolio of regulated businesses and help develop an expanding compliance service line.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as MLRO, MLCO, Nominated Officer and Compliance Officer for a diverse portfolio of regulated clients.
• Providing in-house compliance support, conducting detailed compliance reviews and assisting clients with regulatory visits.
• Leading, mentoring and supporting a permanent compliance team, alongside contractors engaged on specialist projects.
• Contributing to business development, cross-selling opportunities and the continued growth of the firm’s compliance services.

You should have strong knowledge of Guernsey’s regulatory framework, previous experience of regulatory visits and confidence operating in named positions such as MLRO, MLCO, Nominated Officer or Compliance Officer. This role will provide senior guidance to the team while also helping to attract new clients and expand the consultancy’s compliance offering.
