Senior Trust Manager

An excellent opportunity for an experienced trust professional to lead a high-performing administration team and manage a varied international client portfolio for a major Guernsey player.

This senior Senior Trust Manager role combines client relationship management, operational oversight and team development within a well-established fiduciary environment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead, support and develop a team across all aspects of trust and company administration.

• Manage key client relationships, oversee complex structures and deliver consistently high service standards.

• Monitor team performance, profitability, billing, deadlines and regulatory compliance.

• Improve internal processes, resolve operational issues and contribute to management initiatives.

You will hold a relevant professional qualification, and bring outstanding Trust industry experience. Strong technical knowledge, previous management experience and a proven record in client service, team oversight and commercial delivery are vital.
