Supervising Accountant, Accounting & Control

An excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant to take a lead role within a dynamic central finance team in Guernsey.

This position will see you driving the accuracy of financial records, supporting decision-making with insightful analysis, and ensuring smooth month-end and reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee bookkeeping inputs and manage the month-end close, including journals and reconciliations.

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, P&L, balance sheets and cash flows.

• Lead billing cycles, budgeting, forecasting and provide cross-team financial support.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting, internal controls, and assist with audits.

You’ll be expected to have a strong track record in financial reporting and analysis combined with excellent communication and analytical abilities.
