Sustainability Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sustainability Analyst to join one of our key clients in Guernsey or Jersey.

You will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and reporting of sustainability strategies, policies, and initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the development of the Sustainability Strategy in line with industry frameworks and standards
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with global sustainability standards and local regulatory expectations
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG data and performance metrics
• Support the delivery of the business’ Commitment to the United Nations Environment Programme, Principles for Responsible Banking

You should be degree level educated in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field – or have the equivalent professional experience in a Sustainability role, have an understanding of ESG principles, frameworks and regulation and proven experience in a sustainability role.
