Trainee Accountant

One of our key clients is looking for a Trainee Accountant to join its collaborative team in Guernsey.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records using clients’ accounting software.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, management reports and net asset valuations.
• Developing an understanding of a broad range of client structures and transactions, including those connected with notable UK real estate assets.
• Working closely with colleagues to manage accounting deadlines, respond to queries and deliver a consistently high standard of client service.

You will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to begin a professional career in accounting. Previous accounting experience is not essential, but you should bring a genuine desire to learn, a strong work ethic and an interest in developing your technical and commercial knowledge.
