Based in Guernsey, this programme provides structured development, professional study support and hands‑on experience across multiple business areas.

This unique rotational programme gives trainees exposure to several professional disciplines, supported by formal qualifications and on‑the‑job learning. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a long‑term career in governance, regulation, advisory services or financial operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Rotating across key business areas to gain broad experience and develop practical skills.
• Supporting teams with project work, research, reporting and client‑related tasks.
• Building technical knowledge through structured study pathways and supported qualifications.
• Contributing to operational excellence while developing professional confidence and analytical skills.

• A 3‑year structured trainee scheme with clear development pathways.
• Professional study support, depending on the pathway:
  • 2 Trainee Advisory roles: Study towards the ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance.
  • 2 Trainee Regulatory roles: Study towards the STEP qualification.
• Exposure to varied career areas such as RegTech, Risk & Assurance, Cyber Resilience, Compliance, Internal Audit, Governance, and Fiduciary & Fund Administration.
