Treasury Dealer – 6 Month Contract

A leading offshore banking and financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Treasury Dealer to join its Treasury team on a 6-month contract based in either Guernsey or Jersey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Treasury professional with strong financial markets experience to play a key role in managing liquidity, foreign exchange risk, interest rate exposure and Treasury profitability within a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and monitoring Treasury risk positions, including liquidity, interest rate and foreign exchange exposures.
• Supporting Asset and Liability Management (ALM) activities to ensure effective liquidity and balance sheet management.
• Maintaining and controlling product pricing and interest rates in line with market conditions, commercial objectives and funding requirements.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to support Treasury strategy, client solutions and business objectives.

You should have treasury, financial markets or dealing room experience within banking or financial services and possess strong numerical, analytical and decision-making abilities, together with experience in foreign exchange and interest rate trading, Treasury risk management or financial markets analysis.. You shoul also demonstrate excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
