The Firstcall Referral Programme

Do you know someone who would be perfect for one of our posted jobs? If you refer a friend or colleague to us and we place them in a permanent job you will be eligible to receive a referral fee once they have successfully passed their probationary period. You do not need to be registered with Firstcall Recruitment to be eligible for the referral programme.

Our referral fee to you could be either £250 for non-management level positions or £500 for any professional management level referrals.

Terms and Conditions:

• You must gain expressed permission from the referred candidate to submit their information via our refer a friend form
• The referral must be a new candidate to our database, or have not been contacted by Firstcall Recruitment in over 12 months
• Referral fees are paid for permanent hires ONLY.
• Referral fees are eligible if the candidate is placed within 6 months from the official date of referral
• The referral fee will be paid ONLY once the candidate has successfully passed their probationary period and Firstcall Recruitment have received settlement from the client.
