Specialist, Accountant – Private Equity

We’re seeking a dedicated Specialist, Accountant – Private Equity to join one of our valued client’s growing Private Equity division on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with complex fund structures, deliver high-quality client accounting, and be part of a collaborative and inclusive team.

If you have a strong background in fund accounting and a passion for private equity, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in a thriving sector.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the full accounting process for a portfolio of private equity funds.
• Preparing accurate financial statements in line with IFRS or GAAP.
• Monitoring investments, portfolios, and valuations while overseeing NAVs, capital calls, and distributions.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing analysis, insights, and accounting expertise.

Our client is looking for an analytical and detail-focused professional with excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and strong communication abilities. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple deadlines, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements. Previous Guernsey experience is beneficial but not essential.
