Trainee Client Services Accountant

A long‑established and highly regarded fiduciary and corporate services provider in Guernsey is seeking a Trainee Client Services Accountant to join its accounting team. 

This trainee position offers hands‑on exposure to trust and corporate accounting, providing vital support to the client accounting function. 

Responsibilities include:

• Processing bookkeeping entries across trust and company structures, including bank transactions, investment activity and property statements
• Completing bank and portfolio reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, audits, tax support and compliance tasks
• Working closely with client services teams to identify issues, maintain standards and support efficient client delivery
