Senior Fund Accountant

A leading global private equity firm is seeking an experienced Senior Fund Accountant to join its Guernsey‑based Funds Administration team.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a high‑performing, specialist environment supporting general partner and related entities across a diverse international platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting a team of experienced accountants, managing workload allocation and performance objectives
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements to audit standard for general partner, carried interest and co‑investment entities
• Delivering quarterly financial reporting and presenting information to Boards of Directors
• Supporting complex calculations relating to carried interest, management fee waivers and incentive arrangements

You should be a qualified accountant with several post‑qualification experience in private equity, limited partnerships or similar structures together with strong organisational and prioritisation skills, be comfortable managing deadlines and complex reporting requirements
