Director, Trust & Corporate

An ambitious and growing international financial services group is seeking a Director, Trust & Corporate to join its Guernsey office.
 
This is a senior leadership role combining client relationship management, fiduciary oversight, and business development, with a clear focus on driving growth and shaping the strategic direction of the business.
Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing a portfolio of client entities, providing fiduciary guidance and ensuring high-quality administration and service delivery
• Building and developing client and intermediary relationships while actively contributing to new business generation and growth strategies
• Leading, mentoring and developing teams, ensuring strong performance, engagement and adherence to regulatory and internal standards
• Working closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and potential acquisition opportunities

You should hold a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP, ACCA or ICSA), together with significant experience within the fiduciary sector. You should also have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, proven leadership capability, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
