Join a major banking technology transformation and play a key role in shaping modern, scalable core banking platforms for a major Guernsey based firm.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong financial services knowledge to influence systems, integrations and client-facing technology. Relocation to Guernsey is welcomed for the right seasoned IT professional.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Translate business, regulatory and product requirements into clear technical solutions.

  • Design and document APIs, data models, integration flows and system requirements.

  • Support Agile delivery, testing, data migration and core banking transformation initiatives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, architects and external technology vendors.

You’ll bring strong Business Analysis experience within financial services, strong core banking platform knowledge, and an understanding of APIs, microservices, databases and Agile delivery.

Experience with Temenos, Mambu, Thought Machine, Finacle, TCS BaNCS, Flexcube or similar platforms would be highly desirable.
