Senior Tax Manager to Director, Tax

Our client is a well-established, independent tax advisory and compliance practice based in Guernsey are looking to appoint a Senior Manager to Director, with the final level shaped around the experience and ambitions of the successful candidate.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and advising on a varied portfolio of Guernsey and UK corporate tax matters
• Delivering high-quality tax advisory and compliance services tailored to individual client requirements
• Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients, intermediaries and other professional advisers
• Supporting the continued development of the practice, including new business opportunities, team leadership and longer-term planning

About you

You may already be operating at Senior Manager to Director level, or you may be an experienced tax professional ready to take on a more significant role.

You should have:

• Strong Guernsey and/or UK tax experience
• Sound knowledge of company and corporate taxation
• The confidence to manage client relationships and provide clear, practical advice
• A collaborative and commercially minded approach
• An interest in working within a smaller, specialist tax practice
• The ambition to contribute to the continued growth and future direction of the business

You do not need to arrive with a desire to run the firm. The client is equally open to an experienced individual who wants a defined senior technical role within a supportive, professional environment.
