This senior Jersey based opportunity combines technical leadership, influential client relationships and the chance to develop new business across Jersey Private Funds and real estate structures.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team, supporting technical excellence and career progression.

  • Oversee complex fund and corporate portfolios, delivering strong governance and responsive client service.

  • Drive operational efficiency, financial performance and improvements to processes and technology.

  • Build client and intermediary relationships, supporting pitches, proposals and commercially sound pricing.

You’ll bring substantial Jersey funds experience, strong real estate expertise and a proven record of leading teams at senior management level.

Sound regulatory knowledge, commercial judgement and a relevant professional qualification meeting JFSC Category A requirements, or an appropriate equivalent, are essential for this opportunity.
