Responsibilities will include:

• Manage a portfolio of private wealth structures, ensuring outstanding client service and timely delivery.

• Support and develop junior team members through coaching, training, and technical guidance.

• Identify business development opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.

• Maintain high standards of risk management, compliance, and corporate governance.

You’ll bring strong offshore fiduciary experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a solid understanding of Jersey’s regulatory environment.
