One of our key clients is seeking an Assistant Trust Officer to join their expanding trust team in Guernsey. This role is ideal for someone with existing financial services experience who is ready to take the next step in their trust career while building strong client relationships and developing professionally.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for a detail‑focused administrator with 2–3 years’ experience to grow within a supportive, quality‑driven environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with the day‑to‑day administration of trust and corporate clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Managing client banking instructions, recording chargeable time and helping ensure invoices are raised promptly.
  • Acting as primary or secondary relationship manager for selected clients and preparing high‑quality written communications (letters, minutes, emails).
  • Maintaining CDD in line with compliance requirements and escalating issues to senior team members where appropriate.

Are you adaptable, team‑oriented, organised and able to work in a deadline‑driven environment? Maybe you are studying, or willing to study, toward STEP/ICSA.
