A senior leadership opportunity to shape and drive the Finance function within a leading independent trust company, partnering closely with the Finance Director to deliver strategic and operational excellence.
 
Responsibilities will include:

• Providing strategic oversight of the Finance function, ensuring high-quality output, consistency, and strong governance.
• Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing Finance team, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Managing budgeting, forecasting and consolidated reporting, supporting commercial decision-making and profitability.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements, including automation and system enhancements.
