Associate Director – Private Wealth

A fantastic senior opportunity has arisen for an accomplished private wealth professional to join a respected international fiduciary services provider as an Associate Director.

This leadership role will focus on expanding the Private Wealth business in Guernsey, strengthening key client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of the wider organisation.

Responsibilities Include:

• Building and maintaining strong, profitable relationships with high‑calibre private clients and intermediaries.
• Driving business development by identifying opportunities within existing relationships and cultivating new market connections.
• Acting as an A‑signatory, director of managed companies, and key decision‑maker on complex fiduciary and governance matters.
• Ensuring robust risk management, compliance oversight and alignment with local regulatory requirements.

You should have at least 15 years’ offshore fiduciary experience, including 5+ years at senior management level, together with strong client relationship management experience and excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
