Associate Director – Private Wealth

One of our valued clients, a leading fiduciary services provider, is looking to appoint an Associate Director – Private Wealth to support the continued growth and strategic development of its Jersey business.

This is a  senior leadership role that will be focused on driving private wealth growth, managing high-value client relationships and contributing to business strategy, while balancing commercial success with strong governance and risk management.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking overall responsibility for complex private wealth client relationships, delivering exceptional service and acting as a trusted adviser
• Driving business development through intermediary relationships, networking and the expansion of services to existing clients
• Supporting directors in implementing business strategy, improving profitability and managing risk across the Jersey business
• Providing leadership to teams through mentoring, performance management and promoting a strong culture of professionalism

This is a high-profile opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a well-established private wealth business. You’ll work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, manage a prestigious client portfolio and influence business growth across the group.
