One of our valued clients, a leading technology and managed services provider is seeking a Business Support Administrator – Procurement to join its growing Channel Islands team in Guernsey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to play a key role in supporting procurement, purchasing, sales administration, software renewals, and supplier management within a fast-paced and innovative technology business. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing procurement activities from quotation through to purchase and delivery, ensuring efficient and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Preparing customer sales quotations, coordinating software licensing and renewals, and maintaining accurate procurement records.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and support ongoing service delivery.
  • Assisting with stock control, inventory management, managed print services administration, and wider business support activities.

You will be a highly organised and detail-focused individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You should possess strong IT skills including Microsoft 365, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. You will be proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable handling confidential and commercially sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
