CDD Analyst

One of our key clients, an independent provider of private wealth, fiduciary and corporate services, is seeking an experienced CDD Analyst to join its growing team in Guernsey. (NB OPEN TO GUERNSEY PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY) 

This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional with fiduciary experience to play a key role in maintaining robust client due diligence standards while supporting onboarding, operational risk and compliance functions.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and assessing CDD documentation for trusts, companies, foundations and partnerships, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
• Identifying CDD requirements, risk factors, deficiencies and any enhanced due diligence measures required for complex structures.
• Maintaining accurate records, risk assessments and workflow tasks within internal systems to support ongoing compliance obligations.
• Monitoring screening results, responding to internal queries and assisting with CDD reporting and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Together with 3+ years’ experience within a fiduciary environment, ideally in a compliance, onboarding or CDD-focused role, you should be analytical, organised and detail-oriented, with the confidence to identify potential issues and communicate effectively with colleagues across the business.
