Corporate Product Associate

A leading offshore banking and financial services organisation is seeking a Corporate Product Associate to join its Commercial team in either Guernsey or Jersey.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone already working in a similar product, commercial or banking role, or for an ambitious banking professional with 2-3 years’ experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. 

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development, implementation and ongoing management of savings, mortgage and corporate banking products.
• Assisting with pricing, forecasting, liquidity management and product performance analysis.
• Coordinating product launches, pricing updates and customer communications across the business.
• Delivering high-quality support to corporate banking clients while ensuring regulatory and governance requirements are met.

You should have experience within banking, financial services or a client support environment – may already be working in a product, proposition or commercial role, or have 2-3 years’ banking experience and are looking for their next challenge. You should possess strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, have excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Candidates should also be highly organised with strong attention to detail and the confidence to work with data and reporting tools, they should also demonstrate a customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
