We are searching for a Director – Captive & Insurance Management for a global insurance and professional services business in their Guernsey office – a role that is focused on strategy, client excellence, and the development of high-performing insurance management teams.

This is a standout opportunity for a senior insurance professional — whether from underwriting, broking, captive management, or enterprise client leadership — to step into a strategic Director-level position with broad influence across commercial, reinsurance, and alternative risk structures.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing client servicing teams to ensure exceptional delivery across captive and insurance management relationships.
• Partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term service standards across the business.
• Overseeing the allocation of resources, client profitability, and high-level client and fee discussions across a complex international portfolio.
• Supporting innovation, change management, and the adoption of systems and processes that strengthen team performance and client outcomes.
