Fund Accounting – Accountant or Senior Accountants

We’re working with a dynamic, Guernsey-based fund services business that’s looking to grow its team with a talented Fund Accountant up to Management level. This permanent role offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment that blends client service with technical accounting expertise.

This is a hands-on role supporting a diverse client base, with strong potential for progression—especially for those ready to step into review responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and maintaining accurate accounting records across multiple fund structures.
• Producing financial statements in line with IFRS, US GAAP, or UK GAAP standards.
• Performing bank and investment reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and responding to queries professionally.

You should have a solid experience in fund accounting and private equity and is confident preparing and reviewing work—or ready to step into a review role. You should also be someone who communicates clearly and works well across teams and with clients and brings a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
