Manager, Global Accounting

We’re currently recruiting for a Manager, Global Accounting to join an expert team in Guernsey. This position offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality accounting services while working alongside senior leaders and global teams.

This is a hands-on position where your strong technical accounting skills and client-focused mindset will shine. You’ll be a trusted partner to clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting across a varied portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the accounting team, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are consistently met
• Collaborate globally, offering accounting support and insights across locations
• Review and prepare complex financial statements with precision and technical expertise
• Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients and third-party service providers

You’ll be a qualified accountant or bring significant relevant experience. You should be technically confident, client-oriented, and able to communicate clearly across a global network. Proficiency in Excel and a proactive, self-directed approach will ensure your success.
