Manager, Group Investor AML – Senior Appointment

Our premier Guernsey client is looking for an experienced AML professional to step into a leadership role within a high-performing Investor AML Operations team.

You’ll play a key part in driving operational excellence, overseeing compliance service delivery, and supporting strategic initiatives across the business. Acting as a subject matter expert and escalation point for clients and investors, you’ll lead a team to deliver AML services that meet the highest regulatory and operational standards.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Overseeing day-to-day AML operations and MLRO service delivery.

• Acting as a key escalation point for client and investor AML matters.

• Supporting staffing, training, and performance development across the team.

• Contributing to strategic planning and regulatory readiness initiatives.

You’ll bring a deep knowledge of AML regulations, strong communication and governance skills, and proven experience leading operational teams.
