Manager, Real Estate (SPV Services)

One of our key clients is seeking an experienced Manager, Real Estate to join its growing Jersey team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong people manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for a portfolio of complex real estate structures, including SPVs, joint ventures, funds and long-term asset holding vehicles, while building strong client relationships and driving service excellence.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of complex real estate clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality corporate and fiduciary administration services.
• Leading relationships with clients, intermediaries and professional advisers, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Overseeing governance, statutory and regulatory requirements, including board meetings, resolutions, record keeping and compliance obligations.
• Mentoring, developing and supporting team members, whilst assisting with workflow management, operational improvements and business growth initiatives.

You should hold a relevant professional qualification – or equivalent – and have proven experience within fiduciary, corporate or real estate administration together with confident communication skills, strong leadership qualities. Previous exposure to Jersey real estate structures, SPVs, funds or multi-entity property holding vehicles would be highly advantageous.
