Manager, Yacht Ownership Services (Trust)

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading international provider of private wealth, corporate and fiduciary services for an experienced Manager, Yacht Ownership Services (Trust) to join their Yacht Services team in Guernsey.

This is a senior-level role focused on overseeing the ownership and administration of yacht-holding structures, managing key client relationships, and leading a specialist team responsible for delivering exceptional yacht ownership services to high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of yacht-owning SPVs, acting as the senior point of contact for clients, family offices, captains and professional intermediaries.
• Overseeing yacht transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, ownership documentation, VAT and customs compliance matters.
• Leading and developing a dedicated Yacht Ownership team, ensuring service levels, KPIs, policies and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
• Supporting new client onboarding, conducting service reviews, reviewing contractual agreements, and troubleshooting complex ownership matters.

You should have a strong Trust, Corporate or Fiduciary background with experience managing complex client structures together with excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to delegate, prioritise and motivate a team.
