Senior Trust & Company Administrator

This newly created role would suit someone in Guernsey with around five years’ experience in trust and company administration who is ready to build confidence at senior level. 

Responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day administration for a portfolio of trusts and companies, including client requests, payments, distributions, minutes, and resolutions.
• Supporting compliance and regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML checks, file reviews, and accurate record keeping.
• Liaising with internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Client Accounting, and New Business to keep client matters moving smoothly.
• Providing helpful guidance to junior colleagues and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.

This role is would be ideal for someone organised, approachable, and motivated, with a positive mindset and strong attention to detail. You’ll be joining a team that values communication, teamwork, and professional development — making this a great opportunity for someone in their early career who is ready to grow, contribute, and be supported along the way.
